This guide explains what Adaptive Microsites are, how to generate them, and how you and your team can train your agent's learning model to make these microsites increasingly effective.
What is an Adaptive Microsite?
An Adaptive Microsite is a customized, single-page web environment created for a specific lead. Instead of sending prospects to a generic website, your agent sends them a personalized link that highlights:
- Tailored value propositions based on their job title, company size, and industry.
- Dynamic content and case studies matching their actual paint points.
- Custom-written copy and calls-to-action matching their cognitive style and personality (MBTI).
1. How to Generate an Adaptive Microsite
Microsites can be generated either automatically as part of your campaign sequence or manually within the Inbox view.
Manual Generation in the Inbox:
- Open your Inbox and select a conversation.
- In the right-hand panel, navigate to the Adaptive Microsite card.
- If no microsite has been built yet, you will see a "Generate Adaptive Microsite" button.
- Click the button. The status badge will switch to "Pending" while the agent writes the copy and designs the layout in the background.
- Once complete, the status changes to "Ready" and exposes the unique, live URL.
Automatic Generation:
When configuring campaigns, you can include the adaptive microsite link as a template variable {{microsite_url}} inside your outreach sequence. The agent will automatically generate the landing page for each lead before launching the sequence.
2. Reviewing and Sharing the Microsite
Once the microsite status is "Ready", you can interact with it in several ways:
- View Live Page: Click the live URL link on the card to open the landing page in a new browser tab. Review the text, layouts, and CTA to see exactly what the prospect will see.
- Copy Link: Click the compact Copy URL icon next to the link to copy the URL directly to your clipboard.
- Regenerate: If you update the prospect's info, MBTI profile, or campaign persona, you can click "Regenerate Adaptive Microsite" at the bottom of the card to rebuild the page with the updated context.
3. Training Your Agent with Microsite Feedback
Because Adaptive Microsites represent our latest frontier in hyper-personalized outreach, direct user feedback is the single most valuable signal to make your agent smarter.
Do not keep corrections in your head! If a generated microsite is perfect, or if its tone or content feels off, tell your agent immediately:
- Hover over the URL section on the Adaptive Microsite card in the right-hand panel.
- A small thumbs-up 👍 or thumbs-down 👎 feedback cluster will appear next to the URL title.
- Click either thumb to open the Feedback Drawer on the right side.
- If you voted thumbs-down, select the most relevant reason (e.g., "Mismatch with prospect target" or "Wrong tone") and add a short, constructive comment describing what was wrong.
- Click Save to submit the feedback.
Your agent reads every submission and uses it to fine-tune future layout structures, content selections, and copywriting styles for your team's campaigns.
4. The Power of Personalization: Connecting MBTI & Microsites

- Analytical Minds (INTJ, INTP, etc.): The microsite copy will highlight hard metrics, data-driven rationales, and deep technical details.

Before generating or regenerating a microsite, make sure you have reviewed and rated the lead's MBTI chip. If you override or edit the MBTI profile, regenerating the microsite will instantly adapt the copy to match the new personality style!
